A five-year-old boy realized it was difficult for the police to keep the peace in his town when he frequently discovered that
he was frequently awakened during the night by loud noises and the siren of a police car in his area.
Therefore, one day he decided to enter a police station in his area in Charlotte, North Carolina, while carrying a
bag and wearing a sign around his neck to express his gratitude and appreciation to the police.

When they noticed the sign being worn around the young boy’s neck, the police officers at the police department began to cry.
A demonstration had taken place in his area a few days prior, and there had been considerable tension there between the marchers and the police.

When Jayden was a young child, he learned about how the protest had hurt police officers, which made him fearful of any loud protests.
He assumed that since the protest made him nervous, the police must also be terrified, so he asked
his mother to take him to the local police station so he could give the officers free hugs and donuts.

The police officers were astounded by the thoughtfulness that could come from such a young child and decided to accept the young boy’s offer even though they were ignorant of the pleasant surprise.

Some of the policemen even cried because of how moved they were by his compassionate act.
