During the wedding ceremony, the priest makes everyone laugh.

Weddings are unique, unforgettable, and transformative events. They are lovely ceremonies where two people promise to stay together forever, through good times and bad,

in front of friends, family, and God. There can still be some humor throughout wedding ceremonies, despite the fact that they are frequently serious affairs.

In reality, as a social media video demonstrates, a priest in Ireland made the bride, the groom, and

everyone else in the church laugh. His lighthearted and humorous remarks made me laugh out loud!

The bride and groom are seen at the front of the stage at the start of the brief, 37-second Facebook video.

The priest descends the podium after what appears to have been the completion of the vows and ceremony. There is some uncertainty, though.

The bride asks the Catholic priest a question shortly after the video starts as he descends the podium.

‘Are we going to kiss? initial kiss? She inquires, ‘First kiss?’

Evidently, the priest had failed to instruct the newlyweds to kiss as husband and wife. He appeared

to be about to introduce the couple to the assembly as husband and wife when the bride caught his attention.

The church is filled with laughter as the priest realizes his error. The church begins to laugh even louder as he approaches the microphone.

The priest admits to the crowd, “You don’t expect a note back about a note to remember something like that.”

The entire room, including the bride and groom, bursts into laughing.

But he hasn’t yet responded to the bride’s query. While waiting for the priest’s approval to make love, they both observe from close by.

The priest instructs the bride and groom, ‘Go on, do what ya gotta do.’

The groom lifts his wife’s veil and places one on her as the entire room bursts into laughter once more.
