Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling are an A-list pair who have long dominated the entertainment business.
Ryan Gosling has garnered various awards and plaudits for his roles in ‘The Notebook’ and ‘La La Land.’
He also sings and plays with his rock band, Dead Man’s Bones, and travels to African countries to raise awareness of conflict in war-torn areas.
Mendes was born in Miami to Cuban parents, but she went to Los Angeles with her mother after her parents separated.
She struggled to find her footing as an actress. Mendes went to several commercial and acting auditions but was consistently turned down

Mendes and Gosling keep information about their children out of the public eye and have a very private connection.
They do, however, occasionally divulge tiny details about their kids. The pair already discussed their waiting strategy. Prior to meeting Mendes, Gosling had no intention of having children.
He grew content to be a father, nevertheless, after meeting his partner and learning that she was expecting.
‘Eva said she was pregnant,’ he said to GQ. ‘You know, I’d never want to go back. It was so much better

than I could have ever imagined for myself, therefore I’m glad I didn’t have control over it in that regard.
According to him, ‘I wasn’t thinking about having kids before I met her, but after I met Eva, I realized that I just didn’t want to have kids without her.’
On the set of ‘The Place Beyond The Pines,” the actor said, he realized he didn’t want to just play the role of wanting to establish a family with Mendes anymore.
For her part, Mendes didn’t want children until she met Ryan Gosling. She stepped back from acting as their infants began to arrive so that she could be there in their children’s lives.
The actress previously admitted that her mother, who stayed at home until Mendes was 8 or 9, served as an inspiration for her parenting style.
Mendes’ bond with her mother influenced her decision to spend time with her kids. She could always go back to acting, the A-lister said.

She also mentioned how having children has affected the roles she chooses. She acknowledged that she was still open to going back to acting, though.
On August 3, 2023, Mendes shared a gif of herself shaking her head emphatically and waving her hand no, sparking a controversy on Instagram. She added a caption to the picture that read:
‘When my children inquire about their readiness to use the internet, social media, or other wifi-dependent services.’
Many of Mendes’ fans praised her approach, and her followers interacted with the message. One admiring supporter exclaimed,’I totally agree with this great parenting mama!’
It’s no longer safe for anyone’s mental health, another person added. There is too much hatred to bear.
A third remarked:

Some fans, though, opposed Mendes’ plan. We live in the ‘internet century,’ therefore regrettably, everyone will ultimately need or want access to the internet.
In response, the 49-year-old actress wrote:
Yes, that is true, however my home does not allow youngsters to access the internet. It is too risky.
The internet falls within that category for me, just like drinking, voting, having a driver’s license, etc., are all prohibited for youngsters. in particular social media.

When a fan questioned what time would be ideal to permit her children to access the internet, Mendes answered:
‘Sincerely, I have no idea; for the time being, I’m watching them and keeping up with research on the potential effects of social media on a child’s brain. I’m approaching it gradually.
She did point out that her children continue to use a device. She penned:
I don’t have internet access on the iPad, so I let my kids use it to view movies I’ve downloaded and produce movies.
