Following their divorce, Christine Baumgartner has expressed unhappiness with the living conditions she shares with her three children and Kevin Costner.

The court assigned to their case recently made a decision that Kevin Costner’s monthly child support payments won’t be

increased in the divorce case between the 68-year-old actor and 49-year-old Christine Baumgartner. Thomas Anderle, the judge, made a decision following two days of testimony.

Due to the court’s decision in the singer’s favor, the revised and final monthly child support

payment is now $63,209. Baumgartner has already asked for a total of $161,592 plus an additional $31,837.

The 49-year-old’s initial request had already been met with an interim payment of $129,755. Regarding

the judge’s ruling in his favor in the custody dispute and the prospective co-parenting arrangement, Kevin stated:

‘You know, there’s no winner when you’ve been with someone for that long… She makes a great mother. When we figure it out, we’ll let you know.

The issue of child support has been handled, but the former couple must still go in court to establish who will be responsible

for paying their legal costs as well as other accumulated debts. Baumgartner’s friend, who also expressed

disappointment and disbelief, said that Baumgartner and Kevin’s disagreement is still very much ongoing.

In a prior court case, Baumgartner argued that the house she is currently renting, which costs $40,000 a month, is unfit for her family.

She also complained about the lack of guest rooms in her house and the fact that her two boys, Hayes

and Cayden Costner, would have to share a bathroom. Her daughter Grace Costner was also recorded as saying:

must share a restroom with the other members of the household.

She was asked if she intended to work to fund her lifestyle during the cross-examination. The mother of three said that she had just lately started to think about it, but added:

I’ll research the next steps I need to take and any schooling I need to complete before I start working.

Baumgartner’s close friend said that Kevin thinks Baumgartner doesn’t want to work and would prefer a free ride. Additionally, the friend said:

He appears to have overlooked the fact that she already works a full-time job taking care of their three kids.

Despite having four bedrooms, a jacuzzi, and a sizable pool, Baumgartner feels that her house is inadequate.

In addition, the ‘Waterworld’ actor does not object to caring for his children, despite her friend’s

opinion that being an actress pales in comparison to being a full-time mom of three children.

Despite acknowledging that he had many court proceedings and other things on his plate, Kevin said he wished

he could spend more time with his kids. He was recently spotted taking his 14-year-old son, Hayes, out for breakfast in Santa Barbara.

Kevin, who acknowledged that the divorce proceedings had upended his world, was asked about his plans for the future. He responded that he has a number of responsibilities to take care of.
