After being rejected by a panhandler for honest work, a man creates a brilliant sign of his own.

‘If someone won’t help themselves, you can’t help them,’Although it’s an old proverb, you’ve probably heard it numerous times.

Unfortunately, it’s more often than not true that if someone isn’t fully devoted to giving themselves the best shot, it’s exceedingly tough to help them or change their lives.

Florida native Ryan Bray is an expert on that. He reportedly frequently passes begging people on the street on the way home from work. He passed by a man on a Sunday.

Ryan made an effort to think bigger and grander rather than just give the man some spare change, which wasn’t going to improve his entire predicament.

He effectively gave the panhandler the chance to permanently leave the streets by offering him $15/hour to come work for his family’s company.

But to his amazement, the beggar in question had no intention whatsoever of acquiring a legitimate work.

He informed Ryan that he was content to wait on the street, where he could beg for more money in an hour than Ryan was willing to provide.

Ryan, of course, was shocked at that point. He made the decision to take action after giving the man the chance to change his life only to have the gesture rejected.

When Ryan got home, he built his own sign and then went back to the same street corner. He publicly shamed

the beggar who had grown irate after being offered a way off the streets as he stood there holding his sign.

In addition to stating that he had done his best to assist the homeless guy in question, Ryan’s placard also cautioned other members of the public against giving money to beggars.

Ryan’s side stated, ‘I offered him $15.00 an hour to perform yardwork for me, and he declined. They’ll leave our area if we as a community stop paying them, you know.’

According to reports, the homeless man called Ryan a liar and said that he had never been given a job offer.Ryan described his contact with the homeless man in this tale as follows:

‘He said, ‘Hey do you have any money?’ while laying his arms inside my car. No, I had a better one for you, I replied.
