Helmut Huber, Luci’s late spouse, left her a widow. Former TV producer Huber, who served as Lucci’s manager, passed away in March 2022 at the age of 84.
For approximately 53 years, he was wed to Lucci. The union of Lucci and Huber produced two children, Andreas and Liza.
Huber made the decision to leave the restaurant industry when her career took off in order to work as her manager.
The pair established a production firm as well, and they rose to prominence in New York’s entertainment industry.

Despite being a fitness expert and an enthusiastic health food eater, Lucci was forced to go through the torture because heart disease runs in her family.
Lucci was shocked to learn that she has an underlying cardiac problem considering that she has been practicing pilates religiously and following a rigorous Mediterranean diet.
She really had two stents implanted in her heart after the physicians discovered a 90% blockage in the main artery leading to the blood-pumping organ during a cardiac scan.
Lucci admitted to People, ‘I didn’t realize how close I came to a fatal heart attack,’ before disclosing that her disease was actually genetically inherited from her father’s side.
Lucci has since started to pay closer attention to her health, but when she felt out of breath and
experienced jaw and chest discomfort in January 2023, she was once more afraid to seek the doctor.
‘I found it hard to believe. I went back to all those things after telling women for three years not to be frightened to call the doctor and to put themselves on their to-do list, she added.
This time, as a result of all the cholesterol she consumed during the epidemic, 80% of her arteries were blocked.
‘I almost refrained from talking about it because I felt so embarrassed of myself. But it serves as a reminder to remain watchful, she said.
Lucci has sadly had to deal with grief in addition to dealing with health concerns. According to People, her husband Huber passed

In February 2023, Lucci spoke to FOX 5 New York and expressed her regret for her deceased spouse, calling him ‘the love of my life.’
Lucci has nevertheless persisted in living fully.
On February 8, 2023, Lucci shared a selfie on Instagram in which she smiled while wearing a beige cardigan and her long blonde hair. She seemed as young and energetic as ever.
She captioned the photo, ‘Day of running errands—and meeting a friend for coffee—wearing my silver and gold ‘empower you heart’ necklace by @tiary.’
Lucci made a statement by donning a necklace made in partnership with the American Heart Association (AHA) for the “Empower Your Heart” jewelry line.
The sterling silver heart necklace that Lucci was sporting, according to Tiary, is a component of the American Heart Association’s Life Is Why Campaign to promote heart health.
From now until the end of 2023, 25% of the sale price of the pendant will go directly to the campaign.
‘The heart-themed pendants are reminders for women to listen to their bodies,’ Lucci said.
The actress also supported learning how to perform CPR, a
lifesaving method that has been shown to be effective in numerous crises, such as a heart attack in which someone’s breathing or heartbeat has stopped.
I didn’t require it because I didn’t get a heart attack, but many people aren’t so fortunate and will. I discovered that women are much less likely to receive CPR,’ the speaker continued.
