A website that collects DNA tests has helped parents find their own daughter, Melissa Highsmith, who was kidnapped by a nanny in Texas decades ago.

In 1971, the girl’s parents were often busy with work, and the child needed a nanny, so they found a teacher in a newspaper advertisement.

But after a few days with the baby, the babysitter quickly fell out with the baby. All this for a long time, none of the security services and local authorities managed to find her.

A website that put together DNA matches found relatives and helped revive a family with an abducted daughter.

After the reunion, Melissa Highsmith decided to relive the wedding ceremony so that her father could take her to church.
