one such beauty ambassador.This woman is 71 years old, and she is the brave person who opens the door of real beauty for us.

How Rosa Saito Became Famous

The model’s real name is Setsuko Saito. But she took the name Rosa for her Instagram to make it easier to pronounce.

When Rosa started her modeling career, she had limited knowledge in this field. But that didn’t stop her from shining. A key trait that helped Rosa was her adventurous spirit.

It was her courage and ability to challenge herself that brought Rosa to Sao Paulo Fashion Week. Beauty and fashion have been with Rosa since childhood.

Rosa was born in Aracatuba, Sao Paulo. At an early age, she discovered her creative talent and engaged in singing, painting and writing.

Being a very creative child, she knew that she would connect her life with something really beautiful.

‘I always knew that I would do something creative. What I do, I do from this side,’ she says.

Before becoming a model, Rosa experienced many trials and losses. At the age of 22, she took care of her bedridden mother.

In addition, Rosa has three children. And she had to be both mother and father to them, for she had lost her husband more than twenty years before.

But there is a lot of light in Rosa Saito’s life. Many years ago, her salvation became plant care. In them she found her daily meditation.

‘It’s important to search and find yourself. And my moment of peace with them [plants]. I go to my garden and talk to them,’ she says.

Rosa never thought about becoming a model, but then professionals turned to her. It wasn’t until he was invited to try three times that he decided to consider the idea.

‘I was helped twice by the professionals of the modeling agency, once by the photographer. I let this idea mature for a year,

I wasn’t going to just blindly engage in this business. Then I still decided to take advantage of the opportunity,’ she recalls.

Rosa’s life is in full swing right now and she has something to say to her fans. Setsuko grew up very naturally and did not take any aspirin as a child.

‘It was all based on tea. I am against everything related to chemistry. So I’ve always taken care of myself with aloe, coconut and olive oil,’ she says.

Rosa Saito is overwhelmed by the standards of the beauty industry, but she believes there is hope. ‘I feel like we’re slowly changing.

People are living longer, taking better care of themselves, and companies really need to be more open about that and imagine those potential customers,’ says the model.
