Children’s choir PS22 Chorus performed a tender rendition of Martina McBride’s ‘I’m Gonna Love You Through It’ for their instructor Mrs. Adriana Lopez,
who was coping with breast cancer. The ensemble, which was made up of 60 youngsters, performed their incredibly lovely duets to piano accompaniment.
You can tell the kids are incredibly passionate about Mrs. Lopez because of the way they sing. Even the coldest hearts would warm at
the sound of their voices joining together to sing the song of hope for their instructor. Mrs. Lopez was

naturally overtaken with emotion as they sang for her and wiped away tears the entire time. You may watch the video below; it has received 4.5 million views on YouTube.

The country song mI’m Gonna Love You Through It’by Martina McBride is a perfect fit for the event because it tells the story of a 38-year-old lady fighting breast cancer with
the help of her husband. The mother of co-writer Sonya Isaacs, who overcame her bout with breast cancer, served as the inspiration for the song’s lyrics. Below is a link to the McBride version.

Online users responded positively to the video of PS22 Chorus’s performance, offering encouraging remarks such, ‘I love how they’re all so into it,
you can tell how much these children appreciate their instructor. ‘I’ve watched this so many times and I can never make it through without crying,’
and ‘She is so lucky to have that choir just as they’re all so lucky to have her.’ wonderful children.
The PS22 Chorus has gained popularity outside of the ‘I’m Gonna Love You Through It’ music video. The award-winning chorus has shared the stage
alongside a number of well-known performers, including Kary Perry, Carrie Underwood, and Fifth Harmony.
In addition, they sang an iconic rendition of ‘Over the Rainbow’ to end the 83rd Academy Awards. Subscribe to PS22 Chorus’ YouTube channel if you want to see more of their work.
