Sheng Shuhua is 54 years old. He is a Chinese millionaire who was born into a poor family. As a child, Seng lived in a modest hut that stood in the middle of a muddy street in a small village.

A couple of years ago, the man decided to go to his native place and, to his great regret, he saw that poverty had not disappeared from there. At the same time, the businessman developed a brilliant plan.
