While everyone appreciates newborns, grandparents may adore them even more. When grandma and grandpa enter the room, their gaze is fixed on their youngsters.

They want nothing more than to embrace and hold those children. However, in their eagerness to offer their grandchildren affection, grandparents may ignore their own offspring.

In a YouTube video, a new grandfather showed his daughter, who had just given birth, care, attention,

and affection in a delicate and sweet way. The man is shown in the video sitting next to his daughter, holding her hand.

‘He was like tapping my hand,’ Deborah Gilbert explained. ‘Like, he’s not really saying anything, but he wants some assurance.’And he just made me feel very taken care of.’

Deborah claims that her father’s wonderful demonstration of adoration occurred when several other people were present,

lovingly caring for and adoring the precious new life. Then she noticed her father clutching and tapping her hand. Deborah characterized the experience as a ‘full circle moment.’

‘And then I realized that my dad was just sitting beside me, and then he was just like holding my hand,’ she recalled.

‘And I thought, ‘Oh my God,’ as I turned to face my spouse. My husband was also holding his daughter.

And I looked over to see my father holding me. And I thought to myself, ‘This is really a full circle moment, right?’’

She remembers feeling cherished and cared for, almost as if he was reminding her that she was still

his little girl. Deborah will remember and treasure that particular event for the rest of her life.
