Friends, family, and fans have been flooded with tributes for the cherished Matthew Perry following his untimely passing on Saturday, October 28.
A picture of Matthew Perry that had never been released before and a sentimental remembrance of his early days as a cast member of Friends were among the tributes.
‘And I didn’t instruct them on how to hold their bodies, smile, or anything else like that in that photo.
She is somewhat trailing him. It’s all excellent. Regarding his picture, photographer George Lange remarked, ‘He looks very handsome.’
Lange was tasked with taking pictures for Entertainment Weekly’s Fall TV preview issue in 1995.

Lange was assigned to photograph the Friends case in addition to Seinfeld, Frasier, and ER. Friends was already a hit show.
Lange had a wall constructed with many geometric shapes affixed for the photo session. He had the notion that the actors would climb into the shapes, but he had no idea what to do after that.
Fortunately, after Lange instructed them to ‘hold each other,’ the actors knew just how to strike a posture.
I won’t be telling them what to do when they climb into the box because they are already doing it. He said to People,
‘They already have that bond. In a sense, I’m just letting them run the show. While I am ensuring proper
lighting and other conditions, what excites me most is witnessing their natural interactions rather than directing them.
‘And they were so professional, so sweet, and so genuinely lovely when they held each other. They all had incredible looks.
The photographer related how he was at a 50th birthday celebration on Friday and found out about Perry’s passing the next day, alongside the shot.

‘Last night, I attended my friend’s 50th birthday celebration. She was turning 50 with all the confidence you could want, complete with a crown announcing her accomplishment.
She once commented, ‘We are so lucky to be alive!’ as she glanced at me. to be here, healthy, and experiencing this delight with our families and friends.’
He continued to explain to his friend that life only gets better after the age of fifty, but he stopped to consider how occasionally life is cut short when he brought up Perry’s death at the age of 54.
