You’ll get chills seeing the high school dance to ‘Hallelujah.’

High school sports are growing more competitive, and every team is trying to find a method to set itself apart from the other schools.

Recently, the Dodge City High School Drill Team devised a brilliant strategy to set themselves apart from the other teams competing

during the halftime show of a championship basketball game. Their invention was so great that it made them instantly famous on the internet.

The drill squad is shown in the next film moving to center court, where one of the members of the ensemble begins to play a rendition of Leonard Cohen’s well-known song ‘Hallelujah.’

Two of the women begin to sing along with the music while the rest of the group begins to dance.

At first glance, this performance doesn’t seem particularly remarkable or out of the norm.

The most unusual aspect of the show, it would appear, is the outfits, which include capes that can become wings and crowns that light up.

The moment the lights abruptly go down, the audience realizes they are going to witness a truly remarkable show.

A calm ballad gives way to a remixed version of the song, and the girls start to light up in response. This creates a stunning light show that goes well with the dancing performance.

You have to see it to believe it, the movement the ladies make when they are clad in their illuminated costumes.

This has got to be among the most amazing high school student performances I’ve ever seen!

After being posted to YouTube, the performance video received over 535,000 views in a short amount of time.

‘This is better than Super Bowl halftime shows!’ said one social media user, and ‘Incredible” was added by another. They should put in an audition for America’s Got Talent.

By watching the video provided below, you may assess their performance for yourself.
