Mythology says that from childhood forward, a woman dreams about her wedding day. A Cinderella-esque affair that would make attendees gasp for breath.

Andrea’s wedding had everything planned and organized. The catering had been planned, and the location had been reserved. Everything was in its proper position.

She was eager to celebrate her happy event with her family and friends. What might go wrong, if anything?

Mark passed away just a few days prior to Andrea’s wedding. Mark had been battling pancreatic cancer. He intended to lead her along the aisle.

One of her brothers made a statement during the reception. He began talking about the father-bride dance and the sadness their family was going through.

‘We’re missing someone fairly important, so I decided I wanted to do something special for Andrea and not only for Andrea but for Dad,’ he added.

Andrea and her father had a lovely song. During the father-bride dance, the song ‘Butterfly Kisses,’ which Andrea’s brother had taped himself singing, was played.

The unique song wasn’t the only wonderful surprise that Andrea’s wedding included. There were plenty more.

Every man in the family, including the bride’s brother, was invited to dance with Andrea. When the elderly man showed up to dance with her, she started crying.

When the dance started, the wedding guests were inconsolable. Andrea’s sibling was given the final dance.

As she joined her sibling on the dance floor, she lost control.

Thanks to her family and friends, she was able to honor her father, and her wedding day will always be cherished.
