According to American scientists who studied the histories of several thousand people, those born in the fall live much longer than people who celebrate their birthdays in the spring.
The month of birth determines the length of a person’s life. It turns out that the time of year a person is born affects their longevity as much as their lifestyle.
The most favorable month for the long-lived is November, that is, the nature born under the sign of Scorpio will live a long time.

Scientists have tried to explain this by the fact that in the summer season, when the basis of the body of the future child is formed,
and in the beginning of autumn, when the formation of the child’s brain is completed, the mother receives
the most natural vitamins and bright sunlight in her diet, hormones of happiness endorphins, which accompany the summer mood.
Winter people, according to scientists’ conclusions, are more susceptible to nervous system
diseases and depression, but they more often avoid allergic reactions and short-sightedness.

The same research was done by the scientists of the University of Chicago, who assured that people born in autumn are potentially long-lived.
Research has shown that most centenarians were born in the fall, between September and November.
During the scientific experiment, it also became clear that those born in March, May and July had the shortest life span.

This is explained by the fact that spring infections, vitamin deficiency or hormonal fluctuations have a negative effect on health, shortening the life span.
