Kevin Costner drops bombshell about his wife’s secret move after filing for divorce …

Although sources indicated that Kevin Costner was stunned by his wife’s choice to file for divorce last month, he was reportedly prepared to try his hardest to win her back.

A month has passed since Christine Baumgartner’s filing, and it appears that things could get heated between the two parties.

Page Six now claim that Baumgartner is also being accused of having secretly charged $95K to Costner’s credit card,

adding to the rumors that she was refusing to leave the couple’s home despite the terms of their prenup being clear that she had to find a new place to live within 30 days of the divorce filing.

Kevin and Christine’s divorce was unexpectedly announced earlier this year amid rumors that Costner might be leaving the hit show Yellowstone.

Christine filed for divorce at the beginning of May, citing ‘irreconcilable differences’. 18 years had passed since the couple’s wedding.

It is with great sadness that Mr. Costner must take part in a dissolution of marriage action due to events beyond his control, according to a statement issued by a spokesperson for the actor.

As they traverse this challenging period, ‘We ask that his, Christine’s, and their children’s privacy be respected.’

According to TMZ’s earlier this week report, Christine hasn’t yet left the home the couple owns.

After filing for divorce on May 1, Christine had 30 days to leave the house in accordance with the couple’s prenuptial agreement.

Additionally, according to records, Kevin is attempting to have her removed by the courts because

he believes she is using her position as leverage to get him to comply with ‘various financial demands.’

In accordance with the prenuptial agreement the couple had signed, according to the TMZ article, Costner has provided Baumgartner with financial support in the amount of $1.2 million.

His wife will utilize that money to assist in finding a new residence. Additionally, the actor is reportedly

willing to pay an additional $10K for relocation expenses on top of $30K per month for a rental home.

Interestingly, Costner is now claiming that Baumgartner spent $95,000 of his money on attorneys and a forensic accountant ‘ without prior notice’ to him.

According to Page Six, court records show how Costner is arguing that his estranged wife is breaking their prenuptial agreement.

An insider sought to dispel speculation that Costner’s earlier infidelity was the reason for the couple’s unexpected separation from Baumgartner.

Instead, it’s said that Costner’s busy schedule, which required the Waterworld actor to spend extended

times abroad when he shot the blockbuster series Yellowstone, was to blame for the dissolution of his marriage.
